Salon & Spa Policies
At Divine Escape we want our clients to reach an ultimate level of relaxation and well-being. We strive to have a quiet tranquil atmosphere, so when visiting Divine Escape please remember to:
- Have Cell Phones off or set to silent, absolutely NO talking on cell phones
- Please speak in a quiet voice
- Leave small children at home
It is recommended that you book your appointments 2-3 weeks in advance if possible. Many of our technicians and therapists are booked in advance. But we encourage you to check in for last minute openings. Bookings may be made in person, by phone or online at www.divineescape.ca .
If you enjoyed your service and wish to express that in the form of a tip, you can do so at time of payment. Tips are greatly appreciated, but are not expected or necessary.
Cancellation, No-Show and Late Policy
Your appointment time is something we have specially set aside for you. If you are unable to make your appointment, please notify us 24 hours prior to avoid being charged 50% of your treatment fee. If you fail to make you appointment and provide no notice that will be considered a no-show and you will be charged 100% of your service. Clients who arrive after their appointment time, will have their appointment shortened and modified so as to not inconvenience the next client. If the client has arrived too late into their service, they may be rescheduled to another time or day.
Divine Escape gift certificates are available. They may be purchased in any denomination or service, and are for the dollar value only of the purchase price. They can purchased in person, by phone, or online. They have no expiry and are non-transferable and non-refundable.
